About E-Solutions

E-solutions is a financial service in Russia designed for Africans living in Russia.
It allows them to easily transfer money to and from their home countries, exchange cryptocurrencies, stay updated, and connect with others in the community.

THE PROBLEM

One major issue faced by E-solutions users is the inconvenience of accessing the service through the website.

This inconvenience could result in a loss of potential users who are looking for a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Additionally, users who do utilize the website may experience decreased engagement and satisfaction, leading to potential negative impacts on the overall success and growth of the platform.

To overcome this issue, the E-solutions Mobile App was designed to provide users with a convenient and intuitive way to access the platform's services, increasing user engagement and satisfaction.

USER RESEARCH : Summary

Through interviews and surveys, I was able to understand the users I was designing for and their needs.

This user group confirmed preference of a mobile app to a website due to convenience and accessibility. The research also revealed that many users are interested in additional features, such as news updates and job postings.

  • Inconvenient website design and navigation : Users are sent to a whatsapp link when they click on some options
  • Difficulty in finding and accessing certain features on the website: Users have to personal send messages on whatsapp to know the latest rate update.
  • Preference for a mobile app for convenience and accessibility
  • Interest in features such as news updates and job postings: Users would prefer to get news updates as an in-app notification as compared to always going to the website.

Lo-fi wireframes

After exploring various design solutions, I developed low-fidelity wireframes for the key screens.

These wireframes acted as a foundation to guide the transition from low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs, ensuring that the final design effectively meets user needs and goals.

Onboarding screens

I used customized 3D illustrations to bring the onboarding screens to life, while keeping the overall design simple and easy to understand.

This approach ensured that users could easily navigate the onboarding process and get started with the app quickly.

Getting started

For the Getting Started screen, I added a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with the use of a high-quality image.

The screen includes options for easy sign up and login, along with the convenience of staying logged in for returning users.

Home screen

The Home screen of the e-solutions mobile app was designed with user convenience in mind, featuring four main sections: Transfer Money, Crypto Deals, News & Blog, and Other Services.

These sections are clearly labeled and easily accessible, allowing users to quickly navigate to their desired action with just a few taps.

Send money

The 'Send Money' section screen was designed to provide a simple and intuitive user experience for transferring funds.

It features a clear and easy-to-use interface, with options for selecting the recipient, entering the amount, and choosing the desired payment method. Additionally, the screen includes helpful prompts and guidance to ensure a smooth and error-free transfer process

Crypto deals

The Home screen of the e-solutions mobile app was designed with user convenience in mind, featuring four main sections: Transfer Money, Crypto Deals, News & Blog, and Other Services.

These sections are clearly labeled and easily accessible, allowing users to quickly navigate to their desired action with just a few taps.

News & Blog

For the News & Blog screen, I designed a clean and simple interface that allows users to easily browse and read the latest news and articles internationally.

The screen features a list of articles with thumbnails and brief descriptions, as well as the ability to filter by category tags and search for specific keywords.
Plus option to like, comment and bookmark a post.

Responsive website landing page redesign

For the responsive landing page redesign, I used a mobile-first approach to create a layout that would be easy to navigate and use on any device. I also focused on creating a clear visual hierarchy and incorporating engaging visuals to draw users in.

By optimizing the layout and design, I aimed to increase user engagement and drive more conversions.
